    Posting basics

    Post status meanings

    Draft

Saved in Privly. It will not publish until you schedule or publish it.

    Scheduled

Queued for a future time. You can still review it before it goes out.

    Publishing

Privly is sending the post to the selected platform accounts.

    Published

The platform accepted the post and publishing is complete.

    Failed

Publishing was blocked. Check the post details, fix the issue, then try again.

    Canceled

The post was stopped before it could publish.

A single post can have more than one target account. The target status tells you what happened for each account; the post status summarizes the overall result.

    TikTok

    Where your TikTok draft goes

Some TikTok posts must be finished inside the TikTok mobile app. If Privly says the post is waiting for you in TikTok, the upload worked, but TikTok still needs you to review it before it appears as a normal draft or published post.

    1. 1.Open the TikTok mobile app with the same connected account.
    2. 2.Open Inbox, then System notifications.
    3. 3.Open the upload notification and finish editing or publishing in TikTok.

    Troubleshooting

    Before retrying a failed post

Confirm the social account is still connected.
Confirm the media type, size, and number of files fit the platform rules.
Confirm the scheduled date is still valid.
Open the post details, review the target that failed, then try again.

    Connections

    Reconnect an account

Platforms sometimes expire permissions or ask you to approve access again. If publishing is blocked because an account is disconnected, reconnect it from Integrations in your workspace, then return to the post and try again.

If the same account keeps disconnecting, contact support with the platform name and the workspace email you use to sign in.

    Privly Leads

    Workspace roles and permissions

Access is assigned per workspace. A member can be an editor in one workspace and an approver in another, and they only see the workspaces where they have active access. Hidden tools are also protected if someone opens the URL directly.

    Owner

Manages the workspace, billing, members, integrations, client profile, and every Privly Leads workflow.

    Editor

Builds and updates work. Editors can import leads, manage lead data, create messages and campaigns, use AI tools, and read performance data.

    Approver

Reviews work without changing setup. Approvers can view assigned review surfaces and approve or reject reviewable drafts, but cannot change leads, settings, billing, integrations, or members.

    To change a member role

Ask the workspace owner to open Settings, then Members. Choose the member, assign the workspace they should access, and select Editor or Approver for that workspace.

    If a tool is missing

Check that you are in the right workspace first. If the tool is still unavailable, ask the owner to update your workspace access or role from Settings, then Members.
